Yes, we serve clients throughout the United Kingdom. Travel fees may apply for locations outside the M25, calculated based on distance. For events in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland, we'll provide a comprehensive quote that includes travel and accommodation if needed.
Most home kitchens have what we need: a working hob, oven, and reasonable counter space. For larger events or specific techniques, we may bring supplementary equipment. We'll discuss requirements during planning.
Cancellations more than 14 days before your event receive a full refund minus a small administrative fee. Between 7-14 days, we refund 50%. Within 7 days, the booking is non-refundable, though we'll work with you to reschedule where possible.
